The biggest luxury resort the Bahamas has ever seen has just opened and needs to staff up at all levels. In a country with a lagging economy, it's an amazing, highly coveted job and career opportunity among the target audience and its peers.

Bahamar wanted to make the hiring process simple, and for the campaign to connect seamlessly with it. Our solution was to create a campaign that revolves around simple application questions that reflect what the local target audience desires most.
